Our group of two families enjoyed this chalet a lot. This property seems built just over a year or so and everything is clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are big especially the master bedroom, living room is great with a fire place. The place also has its own hot bath which is needy after a full day of ski. Location is right in the middle of Hirafu good if you drive and can access both Hanazono and Hirafu. The staff are all helpful and detailed oriented. I always go for renting a chalet so our group can spend time together instead of staying in hotels.
