Validity Period:
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit for guest services are valid for stays during Winter from 1 December 2026 until 26 April 2027 11:59 PM JST.
Campaign Period:
Book before 31 May 2026 to enjoy this offer.
Eligibility:
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit is valid only for bookings with a check-in date from 1 December 2026 to 26 April 2027.
This applies to only direct bookings via Nisade | The Luxe Nomad.
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit applies to accommodation bookings with a minimum total value of JPY100,000 made and confirmed with a deposit.
The credit applies only to new guest services bookings made between the period of 15 August 2026 to 26 April 2027.
This does not apply to accommodation bookings made 7 days prior to check in date.
This cannot be applied to reservations made outside this period, and retroactive claims will not be accepted.
Each lead guest may claim one-time value of JPY10,000 for the duration of this promotion, regardless of the number of eligible bookings made within the campaign period from now until 31 May 2026.
This is non-transferable and can only be used by the Lead Guest of the eligible booking.
Application:
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit will be applied and deducted from the total amount of the eligible booking upon the guest's confirmation and processed by a Reservations, Guest Experience or Payments Consultant.
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit can only be applied to participating guest essential services packaged with the eligible booking.
Valid only for guest services listed under the Essentials and Activities categories except for public transportation bookings from BIGRUNS Bus and Resort Liner.
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit will apply after all other applicable discounts have been calculated.
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit is not applicable to stack with any other campaign(s) that may be running in the future.
Validity:
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit will expire 7 days before the check-in date of the eligible booking and cannot be transferred to other bookings, guests, or future seasons.
The JPY10,000 Winter Credit is non-redeemable for cash or future credits and cannot be sold or exchanged.
If you have already booked a service, the credit will not be able to be redeemed for that product in any form of refund.
Non-compliance with these terms (e.g., refund requests, unauthorized transfers, using the JPY10,000 Winter Credit beyond its eligibility period) will result in immediate forfeiture.
In the event of cancellation, standard terms apply. If full payment is made 60 days before arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the remaining amount is refundable minus a JPY20,000 cancellation fee.
Nisade x The Luxe Nomad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in eligibility criteria, discount value, participating services, or campaign duration. We also reserve the right to withhold or cancel the JPY10,000 Winter Credit in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with the stated terms and conditions.
