This accommodation is very comfortable and in a great location. We had a beautiful view of the ski slopes and a short walk to the ski lift/gondola. The free shuttles and helpful staff made it easy to get around and enjoy shopping and restaurants. The self contained apartment was quiet and luxurious. Best ski holiday so far. 😍

Loved our stay, well appointed rooms with everything you need for basic home catering. Super helpful staff, especially Felicitas who helped us arrange dinner plans and figure out way out around the resort. Location is great for the slopes too

Such an amazing stay! Great location and great coffee downstairs. We stayed for 11 nights and we had impeccable service throughout. The team at Fenix West took care of our dinner reservations, ensured we had shuttles scheduled to our dinner venues and even planned a massage for us to treat our sore muscles. Special kudos to Katie, Jess, Yuko, Ignacio, Connie, Kyle, Mikaela and Lisa! Thank you for making it so special.

Modern and well set out. Full kitchen but no microwave and dishwasher? Room temperature was too hot regardless of the air con setting. Had to have ranch slider open to cool down at night and still night sweats.

10/10 for the location and customer service. Fenix West was everything we imagined. It was big, clean and complete with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Gorgeous view of the slopes and easy access to the gondolas. Easily one of my best stays in Japan. This is my 2nd time booking my stay with Nisade and they have been phenomenal once again. Special shoutout to Johanah Nicole, the Reservations Consultant who gave such exceptional customer service also to the Team at Fenix West who helped us with getting the birthday cake. I'm returning to Furano at the end of 2025 and look forward to staying here once more.
