ザ・メイプルズ・ニセコ

We had an incredible stay at the Maples Niseko and can’t wait to visit again. The location is superb and very well considered with direct ski in/out access to the Ace Family lift from the secure locker room where you can store all your gear. They also have an amazing Singaporean restaurant and Pizza spot. The rooms provided everything we could possibly require (even a quiet and efficient all in one washer/dryer). The staff was also top notch as they assisted with my dietary restrictions and kept our luggage on our final day of riding after checkout. 5 stars all around!

What an amazing hotel. Probably the best room I've ever experienced in a hotel. On piste view, bright open space, and perfectly laid out. Hotel facilities are great, and ski in and out is an amazing perk. The restaurant is nice and the deal having Rhythm rental returns was so convenient. Top class all round.

Fantastic service as always. Rooms were very nice, modern and clean. Great location, especially for TRUE ski in / ski out. The drivers were great at dropping off and picking us up throughout our stay. Thanks for a fun trip.

I can't recommend staying at The Maples enough. The rooms and location are awesome, but the customer service was the best. I missed my bus back to the Sapporo airport, and Tomas at the concierge offered to drive me in one of the hotel cars. I ended up making my flight thanks to him. This is the kind of generous service that this hotel provides so you should definitely look at staying here.

Had a great stay at the Maples. Super helpful front desk. Loved the option to jump right out to the slopes from the locker room. Easy walk to anything that we wanted to get to. The rooms were nice and clean. I would certainly stay here again. Did I mention how helpful the front desk was with any requests or rides. Thanks for helping make our time in Niamey great!
