The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are the sweetest and so helpful. The great staff truly made our stay memorable. The hotel is very clean, super close to a ski lift, and the onsen was great. I would 100% come back and stay again, some of the best service. The heated snowboard lockers were also a plus. We are so happy we chose to stay here!
Our stay at Intuition was perfect. The breakfast was always amazing, and the staff went out of their way to assist us with any of our needs. The free shuttle is HUGE and was great for getting around town and to/from the mountain. Highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed with my family (6) in a extremely comfortable apartment for a ski week. Services are amazing. Great Onsen. .. Breakfast was super. Location was great, really close to the lifts and town. You may go walking, but if you are not in the mood, the hotel drivers takes you here and there in a minute! Thanks Honza, Jason, Guy and the rest of the Intuition team!

Breakfast was great, accommodations were well maintained and spacious (a breath of fresh air for japan in general!), the onsen was pristine, and the staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. Three of our on call drivers, Honza, Jason and Guy stood out over the others as incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We even did some night skiing together! Overall, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation spot close to town with permanent (until 10pm) on call friendly staff.
Great daily breakfasts and comfortable rooms. The staff, especially Hector and Ollie were also really friendly and helpful to us. They provide an on-demand shuttle which brings you anywhere within Hirafu. Ski lockers and equipment rentals return rack (Rhythm) were well-thought out. Onsen was great too. Would highly recommend staying here!
