We had a great stay and would choose this place again next time we're in the area. We had friends who stayed at a different hotel nearby for about the same price and when they came over for visit, their eyes were beaming with envy. Shout out to the very helpful and responsive concierge team who took care of all the logistics, as well as the on-site staff who made us feel at home and accommodated us in every way possible. Thank you Monique, Emily, Jamie, and Vincent!

We had an amazing stay in a massive 2-bedroom conjoined apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location near both the gondola and the main street. The staff was super friendly. Chris was so lovely and dropped me off at the airport bus. He helped me load this heavy ski bag all the way from the hotel to the bus!

Great stay at the Setsumon recently, we will definitely be back. Best location, central to everything, apartments very spacious and provision of everything you need to make your stay comfy. Only issue was the difficulty with sufficient voltage in a lot of the powerpoints to charge our various devices, which is a common issue throughout Japan and the staff helped us with lending adaptors and cords to fix as best they could. Special shoutout to Ryan on the front desk who was a great help to us with dinner recommendations, luggage transport, and with getting our luggage out at the end of our stay.

Had such an excellent stay, Emily is the most enthusiastic funny hostess we ever had, Max Hunter charmed us with his last minute drive! Will be back!!

Property was lovely, great location and rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful especially with the help of Luke when I needed to get to NIC. Just amazing service
