Love the freshwater. Great location (would only be improved if it was ski in / ski out). Rooms are lovely and warm. Boot room is heated and all gear dries. Beds are a little on the hard side though..! Easy to get to shops, ski hire, bus stops. Transfer from welcome centre was great - picked up by the team both ways. Also staff at front desk so friendly.. staff arranged Takkyubin which made transferring at the end really easy.

Perfect score! Where do I start — NISADE and the Freshwater staff provided our family a wonderful service from the day we booked it online until we left the apartment. Communication with them was always clear and very good. Very accommodating especially when we requested for a wheelchair for our grandmother. They also went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and late check out. I would like to commend Rihanna, Ariana, Paige, Chris and Andrew for all their assistance. Thank you for making our stay at Freshwater hassle-free :) We will definitely book again. See you again soon :)

The room was stunning and surpassed our expectations. It turned out to be an amazing experience, especially for the kids. Although we didn't visit for skiing or snowboarding, there was still plenty of fun and excitement to enjoy. A special shoutout to Chris for the warm welcome and exceptional service during our stay, and to Luke for assisting with our luggage and providing a comfortable ride to the station. Your efforts truly elevated our already fantastic experience.

Our first trip to Niseko with our young adult kids! Fabulous Freshwater, Emily was so helpful, all the team were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay so good! Three bedroom penthouse was amazing! Clean spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at the Freshwater. Clean and spacious studio room that was always warm. Just a stop away from the slopes, convenience store and next to a food market with delicious soup curry. Special thanks to Luke for his hospitality and restaurant recs, and Jamie for his great service!
