Always Niseko

Everything was great! Walking distance to town and the mountain if you want to walk but the shuttle to and from the mountain was very reliable. Room was a good size and very clean. The guest experience person I emailed with while making all my reservations was very helpful and courteous. Adding the breakfast option to the room came in much handier than I even considered. The only downside is I wish the restaurant had longer lunch and dinner hours but it really wasn’t much of an inconvenience when you can eat in town or on the mountain. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great and simple place to stay if you are skiing. Good for small families and small groups (4 max). They have shuttle services that runs to the ski towns and if you book with their arranged ski school and rental company, they provide door to door services for you. Upon arrival, one of their service staff was super as he helped us with unlocking our locked luggage too! Overall, great and nice place to stay as you have both the Mt Yotei and Grand Hirafu view.

This was our second stay at Always Niseko. Front desk is very helpful, breakfast buffet is plentiful, rooms are clean, and the shuttle is prompt. It was convenient to have a Rhythm counter in the hotel ski locker room. Also, we appreciated access to laundry machines. Thank you for another great stay!

Great modern Hotel with friendly staff. Takeshi, was a legend. Always smiling and happy to help..! Good selection breakfast and regular shuttle to town. Would definitely recommend and stay there again... Cheers

What a great stay I had at Always Niseko. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The crew was unbelievably kind and helpful. They were able to help us book a snowboarding lesson at a great price. Thank you so much Eliza, Kaycee, and the other crew at the reception. Will def come back!
