Kozue

We had an incredible stay at Kozue in Niseko! The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. They even helped secure dinner reservations, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! And staff is what makes! Our room/apartment was gorgeous, clean, extremely comfortable, plus the hot tub was such a bonus! But the staff really rounded out our entire experience. They were extremely friendly and accommodating when it came to helping us with all of our gear and luggage, always available to give us a ride to and from the hill and dinner. Super helpful with suggestions on where to go or how to get somewhere. I shifted my accommodations for the last night, but was catching my transport from KOZUE the next morning to Sapporo, they came and picked me at the new place! Made everything super easy and smooth. Shout out to Paige, David, Ariana, and Torsten 😁

We had an awesome stay for 10 nights at Kozue. The room itself was really spacious and top quality. The location is great with a Lawson right around the corner, plenty of shops and restaurants all around. All the staff were amazing, nothing was ever a hassle. And a big thanks to all the drivers who picked us up and dropped us off around the place at short notice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kozue. The apartment is beautiful and the views stunning. We'd like to thank Emily, Andrew, Tara, David & Chris and all the Kozue concierge team for responding to our requests and questions.The driver service to get us around the mountain in our ski gear was fantastic.

We found the apartment very well appointed, spacious, stylish and very comfortable. It was a peaceful haven at the end of tiring days on the slopes. The concierge team were consistently friendly and helpful, driving us to and from the slopes each day, always with a smile. We particularly appreciated the assistance of Luke, Jess and Ryan.
