Terrazze

We had a fantastic stay at terrazze! Partner lost his passport and couldn't get a rental car, Ryan helped us arrange transport for our return trip to sapporo and saved us from a lot of stress! Accommodation is conveniently located to restaurants, bus stops, and the central shops. Very clean and modern apartment, nice and quiet for light sleepers like myself. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing trip to Niseko. The Terrazze was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The best boot and ski room I have ever had the pleasure of using. The location is perfect. However, what truly made the stay was the staff!!! So incredibly helpful and always going above and beyond. Pleasant, humble and patient. Thank you Andrew, Emily and Monique!!!!! You are amazing. Trip of a life time.

It is the third time we have stayed at Terrazze, and the best experience we have had. The concierge staff were exceptional: knowledgeable, friendly, and just incredibly helpful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special compliments to Ariana for the kind assistance rendered during our stay. She was resourceful, reliable and proactive in attending to our requests and situation, making our stay a pleasant one. She also meticulously crafted a note comparing the activities tailored to us, which is delightful. Amazing view, good quality furnishing and linen, underfloor heating and tastefully renovated, a highly recommended retreat!

Had a really good stay at terrazze, place had the best view, rooms were clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and staff were very helpful. Chris and Andrew went out of their way to help us out with all of our needs. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, only con is not much open space outside for kids to play in the snow.
