Booking Requirements | Terms & Conditions
- Summer stay dates: 1 April to 30 November, 2025.
- Up to 80% off (discount rate varies depending on room type).
- Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy cannot be accommodated. Please check each property's page for specific occupancy limits.
- Room cleaning is provided once every 7 days and includes towel and sheet changes, trash collection, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and restocking of consumables. The cleaning schedule can be adjusted upon request.
- For long-stay guests arriving by car, one dedicated parking space is guaranteed in front of the accommodation. Additional cars will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
- To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the accommodation fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date. Payments must be made via bank transfer, and any associated transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Promotions are available for a limited time, with limited allocation. Discounts can be removed at any time or once the allocation has been reached.
