Early Bird 2024-25 - Terms & Conditions

1. Early Bird Booking

a. The purpose of the Early Bird 2024-25 promotion is to secure your desired accommodations

during the peak winter season in Niseko, Japan, with your preferred dates.

b. Discounts offered under this promotion may vary in response to changing economic

conditions, travel demand, and competitor pricing adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust

discounts accordingly.

c. Once accommodation is purchased under this promotion, it cannot be changed to

accommodations with higher discounts, even if they become available later.

d. The Early Bird Sale discount is subject to availability, and we may end the promotion

prematurely based on demand and availability.

2. Discounts

a. Repeat customers are eligible for a 5% discount from the displayed price as a token of our

appreciation for your continued patronage.

b. Customers staying for a minimum of 9 nights will receive an additional 5% discount.

3. Payment Conditions

a. To confirm a reservation under the Early Bird 2024-25 promotion, a non-refundable payment

of 20% of the total accommodation fee must be made.

b. The deadline for payment of the remaining 80% is May 31, 2024. Failure to make this payment

by the deadline will result in automatic reservation cancellation.

4. Cancellation

a. In the event that payment for the remaining 80% is not confirmed by the May 31, 2024

deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

a. Under no circumstances can purchased accommodation be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in travel plans, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.

b. If cancelled prior to May 31, 2024, after reservation confirmation, and the full amount has already been paid, a refund of 20% of the reservation will be issued.

c. If cancelled after June 1, 2024, the total accommodation fee will be treated as the cancellation fee.

6. Changes to Terms

a. The terms and conditions outlined here may be subject to change without prior notice. It is

the responsibility of the customer to review and accept the most current terms before making a

reservation.

and conditions" page. We strongly recommend reviewing these terms before making a

reservation.

7. Acceptance of Terms

a. By making a reservation under the Early Bird 2024-25 promotion, customers are considered to

have agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

b. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of reservations without prior

notice and the forfeiture of any payments made.

The rules other than those mentioned above shall adhere to our standard terms and conditions.
