NISADE, founded in 2005 is a fully integrated Development and Property Management business operating in the ski fields of Hokkaido. It has grown to become one of the largest and most successful providers of development and property management in the Niseko Region, with its presence now growing rapidly in Rusutsu and Furano.
Over the winter, NISADE employs 140+ seasonal staff to satisfy the increased demand for winter holiday accommodation. Our Locations
Niseko (Grand Hirafu)
Niseko is best known as Japan's premier ski resort, with world-renowned powder snow and a vibrant village life. Grand Hirafu is Niseko's busiest area, with NISADE having several high-end properties under its management. The area comes alive during the winter season, with visitors from all over the globe coming to experience the winter wonderland.
In Green Season Niseko turns into peaceful oasis with comfortable, mountain temperatures and beautiful scenery, especially with the glorious backdrop of Mt. Yotei. There is plenty of great hiking trails, international golf courses, cycling routes and more activities to enjoy outside of the winter season.
Rusutsu
A 30-40 minute drive from Grand Hirafu, Rusutsu is becoming evermore popular during winter to escape the crowds of Niseko. The mountains still receive copious amounts of the famous Japanese powder, with plenty of terrain to explore. The Vale Rusutsu is becoming a more popular destination for visitors every winter, as guests look for luxury accommodation in the area.
In summer it transforms into an active and thriving resort equipped with its own amusement park. Access to plenty of activities like golf, hiking, fishing, rafting and more make it an ever-growing vacation destination in the warmer months.
Furano
Located in Central Hokkaido, Furano is a traditional Japanese Ski Resort that is becoming a more popular tourist destination every year. Guests can expect a more cultural experience than Niseko or Rusutsu, as the resort still has a very strong Japanese influence. The area has good links to
