The Vale Niseko is an excellent choice of accommodation in Niseko. Our family felt that Grand Hirafu has the best location as compared with Niseko Village and others. The ski-in ski-out and in-hotel ski rental shop are plus points in terms of convenience. The dual-key 3-bedroom apartment is fabulous. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well-maintained. Every service staff in the hotel is polite and helpful. I would like to specially mention Lisa, Monique and Polly who have assisted us in many ways from general inquiry to arranging transportation for my family. Their customer oriented mindset, high efficiency and excellent service have made our trip extremely pleasant and smooth. Highly recommended for anyone who is planning a trip to Niseko.

I would highly recommend The Vale Niseko! It was a very comfortable and memorable experience. The moment I arrived, they carried my luggage for me to my room. When I requested last minute restaurant bookings, they were swift in finding an available place and booked it for me without any hassles. The location is very convenient. It's ski in, ski out. Parking was always easy as well. Walking to and from the main road and various bars and restaurants was super convenient. Overall a 10 out of 10 for service and location. I was staying in one of their studios. Cooking facilities were limited. But they were helpful provide me with a portable gas stove so problem solved. The staff were truly wonderful and helpful.
Highly Recommended. Very spacious apartment with kitchen and laundry. Unfortunately my wife injured her knee on day 2 of our holiday and was unable to ski. The staff went above and beyond helping her get to medical appointments and ensuring she had a comfortable stay in the room for the remainder of the holiday. Coco, Alex and Lisa, as well as the rest of the reception team deserve special credit. Thank you again and we'll be back one day (when the knee is better)!
If you want a quiet, very posh and complete ski in and ski out hotel, Vale Niseko is it. Beautiful modern well appointed rooms. Amazing and very nice staff that can setup anything for you whether it's transport to other areas of Hokkaido, setup ski rentals, ski passes or whatever you need. It's a full service hotel even though its much more quiet than others around. We love this place and was hoping to keep it a secret. We'll be back next year.
The breakfast was excellent, and the chairlift is only a one-minute walk away. The onsen and swimming pool after snowboarding are a must, and the front desk team is extremely helpful and friendly. We really appreciate them for going the extra mile to assist us late at night and early in the morning!
