Kyo is such a great location since you are right next to a lift. The property is beautiful, and our stay was perfect for our family. We had an onsen in the room and it was so nice to soak after a long day out on the mountain. The ski/snowboard storage is super convenient as well, it makes snowboarding so easy & enjoyable. Would definitely stay at Kyo again!
Kyo was a fantastic stay for my family of four. We loved the ski-in ski-out just a stone's throw away from the Family lift. Rooms were spacious and the fully furnished kitchen allowed us to escape the snow and dine back in our rooms most days. Perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff who were always ready to help and provide for every single detail of our stay, including chauffeuring us around ever so often and a very impressive ski valet service. Kudos to the team!

We had the pleasure of staying at KYO with three families in a spacious 4-bedroom apartment during Chinese New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff stood out. They went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. From the friendly greetings at the front desk to the meticulous care of the cleaning staff, we truly felt at home throughout our stay. The ski-in and ski-out convenience was absolutely perfect for us, making our days on the slopes seamless and enjoyable. Having stayed at nearby hotels and villas before, we can confidently say that KYO stands out as the best—thanks to its ideal location, exceptionally friendly staff, and ability to cater to our every need.
