A trip to Niseko isn't fulfilled without a stop at Milk Kobo, the renowned dessert haven. Locals and international visitors alike gather to indulge in the store's legendary and delightful dairy desserts.

Milk Kobo sits on the grounds of Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm, one of the last remaining dairy farming households in the area, where the milk is farmed, processed and served on the same site. The soft serve recipe has not changed since 1996, and the counter now runs to cheese, cream puffs and the drinkable yogurt that sells nationwide across Japan.
