Opening on 12 December 2025, this new Cali-Mex restaurant and bar takes its name from the fermented pineapple beverage that originated in Mexico. A tribute to bold flavours and good times, this cool new aprés-ski spot also boasts Hokkaido's largest collection of agave spirits.

Just steps away from the slopes, this new venue is brought to you by EatMe, the team behind neighbouring Niseko Confidential, and Tokyo Confidential in Japan's capital. Tepache is helmed by Chef Rene Baez, who has built a following in Tokyo’s Chelas by melding Mexican family recipes with his San Diego roots.

On the menu are dishes made for sharing, such as the venue’s signature Al Pastor Fries, alongside plates of ceviche, enchiladas and tacos. Sample expertly crafted cocktails while enjoying the vibrancy of modern Mexican-style cooking and Niseko’s lively international dining scene.

The winter service of this new bar will run from 5pm to midnight daily from December 12, 2025 - March 31, 2026. Online reservations are available here.
