Rusutsu Village, Hokkaido. Rusutsu Resort, one of the largest year-round resorts in Hokkaido, is located in a place rich in nature, about 40 minutes by car from Niseko. The resort's amusement park will be open from Golden Week, making it easy to enjoy golf, wellness, and summer activities.

The Vale Rusutsu, located within such a resort, is a luxurious condominium hotel designed with the concept of being one with nature, and allows you to view the changing scenery of nature from sunrise to sunset through large windows that fill the walls. • Stay period is April 1st to November 30th, 2024.
• Up to 65% OFF discount (discount rate varies depending on room type).
• The capacity is 2 people for 1LDK, 4 people for 2LDK, and 6 people for 3LDK. We do not accept accommodations that exceed the capacity.
• Room cleaning will be done once every 7 days. Cleaning includes changing towels, collecting trash, changing sheets, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing consumables. Cleaning schedules can be adjusted according to your wishes.
• For long-stay guests arriving by car, we reserve a dedicated space for one car in front of the accommodation. Please note that reservations for the second and subsequent vehicles will be on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

• To confirm your reservation, you must first pay a reservation deposit (20% of the accommodation fee).
• The remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• We accept payment by bank transfer. The customer will be responsible for the handling charges.

• If you cancel up to 61 days before your arrival date, your reservation fee will be refunded. (Refunds will be made after deducting transfer fees).
• If 60 days have passed from the date of arrival, 20% of the reservation deposit paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If 30 days have passed from the date of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
