Campaign Period: This promotion is valid exclusively for new accommodation bookings made from 1 November 2024 onwards and ends at 11:59 PM JST on 31 March 2025.

Eligibility:

• This promotion applies to accommodation bookings with a minimum total value of 50,000 JPY made and confirmed with a deposit during the campaign period.
• This does not apply to accommodation bookings made 7 days prior to check in date.
• This promotion is valid only for new accommodation bookings and guest services bookings made within the campaign period.
• This cannot be applied to reservations made before this period, and retroactive claims will not be accepted.
• This is valid only for bookings with a check-in date from 1st December 2024 to 31st March 2025.
• This is non-transferable and can only be used by the Lead Guest of the eligible reservation.
• Each lead guest may claim one time value of 10,000 JPY for the duration of this promotion, regardless of the number of eligible bookings made within the campaign period.
• Promotion applies to only direct bookings via The Luxe Nomad Japan (Nisade.com).
• Not applicable to guests who redeemed the 10,000 JPY voucher from the previous campaign period from September to October 2024.

Application:

• This promo will be applied upon guest's confirmation to the eligible reservation/s and processed by a Reservations, Guest Experience or Payments Consultant.
• This may only be applied to participating guest services products packaged with the eligible booking.
• Valid only for products listed under the Essentials and Activities categories.
• 10,000 JPY will be credited and applied only after all other applicable discounts have been calculated.

Validity:

• The expiration date will be set to 7 days prior to the eligible booking’s check-in date and is non-transferable to other bookings, guests or future seasons.
• This is non-redeemable for cash and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• If any amendments reduce the value of the eligible booking below JPY 50,000, the 10,000 JPY promotion will be forfeited.
• Non-compliance with these terms (e.g., refund requests, unauthorized transfers, using the promo beyond its eligibility period) will result in immediate forfeiture.
• In case of cancellation, standard terms and conditions apply.
  If full payment has been made 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining amount is refundable minus a  JPY 20,000 cancellation fee.
