Not at all. The four courses at Rusutsu range in difficulty, with options well suited to beginners right through to experienced players.

The Izumikawa Course in particular is popular with those newer to the game. If you're organising a mixed-ability group, let us know and we'll factor that into your tee time suggestions.

Rusutsu Resort has four 18-hole courses — Tower, Izumikawa, River, and Wood — and your tee times can be arranged on any of them depending on availability and your group's preferences.

Rusutsu's green season typically runs from May through to October. 

The courses are at their best in peak summer (July to August) with long daylight hours, mild mountain temperatures, and Hokkaido's landscape at its most striking.

Availability at The Vale Rusutsu is limited during this window, so we'd recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred dates.
