Childcare services in Niseko are based at the purpose-built facility inside Hanazono 308, just a short transfer from central Hirafu. Designed for children aged 12 months and up, this cosy, stimulating space is filled with toys, creative activities, and attentive bilingual caregivers. Indoor play, arts and crafts, stories, and (weather permitting) snow play ensure your child enjoys their own winter adventure.

Babysitting services are great for families who prefer the convenience of having a caregiver come directly to their hotel or apartment — ideal for younger children, infants, or evening plans.

Important: Guests staying outside Hanazono (such as in Hirafu or Rusutsu) will need to arrange transportation to the centre. Let our team help coordinate transfers if needed.

Please kindly note the following:
- No nannies or helpers are permitted to join day care.
- Some special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Students may need to bring their own lunch and snacks.

Terms & Conditions
- Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance.
- Bookings can only be accepted from Nisade’ Guests. If you are not Nisade's Guests and wish to book services with us, please contact us at [email protected].
- Bookings are subject to the NISADE Terms & Conditions.
- Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to [email protected].
- Please note our 100% cancellation policy for cancellations made within 16 days prior to arrival.
- 20% cancellation policy and JPY 4,000 fee will be charged for cancellations made 16 or more days prior to arrival.
- A booking is not confirmed until payment is received, and confirmation letter is sent.
- As per our reservations team recommendation at the time of booking, we highly encourage all guests to arrange travel insurance.
