NISADE proves itself again as one of Asia’s premiere development groups

In total, 87 companies from property markets across Southeast Asia, India, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan and Australia competed for 35 accolades at the 15th edition of the Property Guru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.

Upon receiving the award, NISADE Chairman Jonathan Martin said “Firstly the inclusion of Niseko into an Asia / Oceania wide competition says it all, our quite little ski village is now a major property development arena within Asia. Coinciding with the awards, was also the opening of NISADE’s newest managed properties, Fenix Furano & Intuition Niseko, in partnership with the Zekkei Group Collection of properties.

The recent accolades join a long list of international awards received by the NISADE group over the past 6 years for their flagship properties & developments including the Vale Niseko which has garnered “Japan’s Best Ski Boutique Hotel” for four consecutive years by the World Ski Awards.
