Niseko Elements 7

Enjoy Niseko's best Japanese "Soul Food" at Elements Niseko

If you're staying in the Niseko Grand Hirafu area, we highly recommend stopping past Elements for some excellent Japanese "soul food" without having to break the bank. Located on the ground floor of Always Niseko, this restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet and a diverse set lunch menu 7 days per week.

Stop in between 6.30am to 9.30am for the Elements famous, Japanese breakfast buffet. The food options change daily, meaning it's definitely worth a visit multiple times during your stay, especially if you're staying at Always. However this doesn't mean it's only open to guests of the hotel, with plenty of people choosing to head down from their accommodation in Hirafu to get fueled up before a big day on the slopes.

After you've eaten way too much food for breakfast, you can jump on the Always Niseko Shuttle Bus which will take you back to The Vale Niseko or the Welcome Centre.

You can also choose to stop by later in the day between 11am and 2pm for an excellent set lunch menu. Options will make your soul smile - varying from chashu rice bowls, ramen, donburi all the way to chicken parmigianas. This is a great option for the late risers, or those coming back from the slopes earlier in the day. There's also an in-house bar for those who enjoy a drink with their food.
