Niseko Kyo houses 22 luxury residencies, most equipped with their own private in-room onsen. There are options that overlook Hirafu's Ace Family Run and options with majestic Mt. Yotei views.

The hotel was designed to bring together a luxurious feel with an appreciation of Hokkaido's natural beauty. Located right in the heart of Hirafu it offers the best Niseko experience in both winter and summer.

The property was also designed to convey a comforting sense of "home" - with the word "Kyo" (郷) itself meaning "hometown" in the Chinese derived onyomi meaning of the word.
